Does Finur replace the accountant?

No, and it doesn't try to. Finur works like a digital employee: it takes over data entry, classification and preparing filings, exactly what a good junior accountant would do, and works around the clock, including weekends. Decisions stay entirely with you, and no external action runs without your approval. In practice, you can take on more clients without hiring more staff at the same pace.

How does the agent decide which account to use?

The agent reads the document, classifies it by supplier, description and expense type, then proposes the account from the Romanian chart of accounts, together with the VAT rate and due date. It shows you the reasoning and the confidence level, and you confirm or correct before anything is recorded.

What happens when the agent isn't sure about a proposal?

It explicitly flags what made it unsure, with a low confidence level attached to the proposal. The proposal lands flagged in the Approval Center for you to review carefully; nothing is recorded automatically.

Which ANAF filings and obligations does Finur cover?

D300 (VAT), D112 (payroll contributions), D394, SAF-T D406, plus issuing and receiving via RO e-Factura and monitoring SPV messages. Filings are generated and validated, but official submission always goes through signature approval.

What happens when ANAF or the SPV is down for maintenance?

ANAF has frequent maintenance windows. Finur retries automatically, waiting longer between each attempt, and only alerts you if a submission still fails after several tries, so you don't lose documents and you don't have to retry by hand.

Yes. Finur exports entries in a SAGA-compatible format, so you can keep your current workflow while transitioning at your own pace.

How do I move my existing portfolio into Finur?

You can import clients from a file (WinMentor, Excel) or from a list of tax IDs, and identification data is fetched automatically from the tax registry. An entire portfolio usually takes under an hour, and you transition at your own pace.

Is my clients' data safe?

Yes. Each firm's data is isolated at the database level, encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is protected with two-factor authentication. Finur is GDPR-compliant and data stays within the European Union.
