By card, securely, through our billing partner Paddle (merchant of record). You automatically receive an invoice for every payment, valid for your company's books.

Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added on the invoice as required by law, and VAT-registered companies can deduct it like any other service.

Above the included limit, a fixed extra price applies, visible upfront, for each usage type: firms, employees, WhatsApp, documents, returns, chat. Overage is billed automatically at this price, with an in-app alert well ahead of time; we reach out directly only if usage goes far beyond normal levels.

No. Your price stays fixed at the value from when you subscribed, regardless of how the launch price evolves for new customers. Any price increase applies only to new subscribers, never retroactively.

Yes. There is no minimum contract period: cancel from your account in a few clicks, the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, and your data can be fully exported before closure.
