Accounting deserves better tools
Finur started from a simple observation: a Romanian accounting firm's capacity is limited by how many people it can hire, not by how many clients it could serve well. Whole hours go into data entry, repetitive classification and trips through SPV, work modern software can do on its own.
We build Finur as the accountant's digital colleague: it processes documents, prepares returns and talks to clients, so you can grow your portfolio without hiring at the same pace. It never decides alone, though: every external action waits for a human's approval, because trust and professional responsibility cannot be automated.
We do not believe in "automatic accounting". We believe in accountants who, freed from repetitive work, do what software cannot: judgement, advice, the client relationship, and can take on more clients without doubling their team. Finur takes the mechanical part; responsibility and decisions stay with people.
The principles we build by
- The accountant stays in control
- The agent proposes, the accountant approves. No return, invoice or message leaves without explicit approval, and the rule is written into the product's architecture.
- Built for Romania
- e-Factura, SPV, SAF-T, D112, REGES: Romanian legislation is not an afterthought, it is the starting point of every module.
- Partners, not replacements
- We do not sell “accounting without an accountant”. We sell capacity: hours recovered from repetitive work go toward more clients, analysis and advisory.
What this means in practice
- Each client’s data, isolated
- Every firm in your portfolio is strictly isolated: through database rules wherever access goes through them, and through explicit checks in code for automated flows (e.g. the WhatsApp agent). One client can never reach another's data, and we test it as a shipping requirement, not an option.
- No action without approval
- Any submission to ANAF, email to a client or payment file needs a valid, recorded approval. It is not a setting you can switch off by mistake; it is how the system is built.
- Romanian law, kept current
- D300, D394, D112, SAF-T D406, REGES, e-Factura: deadlines and formats follow ANAF rules. When they change, the platform changes with them.
- GDPR taken seriously
- Deleting a firm fully purges its data: tables, files and archive. Data is hosted in the EU and processed only by sub-processors under signed agreements.
