These terms govern the use of the Finur platform, available at finur.io and app.finur.io, operated by PROACTIVE SHIPPING S.R.L., VAT no. RO49176949, Trade Registry no. J2023022378407, registered office at Str. Ion Țuculescu no. 42, Bl. P3, Sc. C, 3rd floor, Ap. 47, District 3, Bucharest, Romania ("Finur", "we"). By creating an account or using the platform you accept these terms.

1. The service

Finur is an AI-powered software platform that automates repetitive tasks in the work of accounting firms: document processing, preparation of tax returns, client communication and fiscal deadline monitoring.

The platform's core principle is human control: the agent proposes, the accountant approves. No external action (filing with ANAF, emails to clients, payments) is executed without the explicit approval of an authorised human user.

2. What Finur is NOT

Finur is a software tool, not an accounting service. Finur is not a CECCAR member and does not perform activities reserved to the certified accountant profession under Romanian law (GO 65/1994).

Professional responsibility for accounting records, tax returns and any documents filed with authorities remains entirely with the user (the accountant or accounting firm operating the account). AI-generated results are proposals that must be verified before approval.

3. Your account and responsibilities

Accounts must be created with accurate, complete information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all actions performed from your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes, not to attempt to access other users' data, and not to subject the platform to abusive load.

4. Trial and payments

Every new account gets 30 days of free access, without entering a card. At the end of the trial you choose a paid plan, or the account becomes limited with the option to export your data.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. as merchant of record: Paddle issues the invoice and processes the card, and Paddle's terms apply to the payment process. Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled, which you can do at any time from your account, effective at the end of the paid period.

5. Your data and intellectual property

Data uploaded to the platform (documents, records, your clients' data) belongs to you. You grant us only the technical licence needed to process it for providing the service. You can export it in full at any time.

The platform, code, trademark and Finur materials remain our property. You acquire no rights over them other than the right of use under these terms.

6. Availability and limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep availability high, but the service is provided "as is". We are not liable for outages caused by third parties (ANAF, infrastructure providers) or force majeure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amounts you paid for the service in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, including fines or penalties resulting from returns approved by the user.

7. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with prior notice where reasonably possible. On closure, the deletion procedure described in the Privacy Policy applies, with a data-export window.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; significant changes are announced by email or in-app at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the new version.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are resolved amicably, and failing agreement, by the competent courts in Bucharest.

Consumers may use alternative dispute resolution via ANPC (anpc.ro/ce-este-sal) and the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
