Information on data processing through the cabinet's WhatsApp messages

You are reading this because an accounting cabinet wrote to you on WhatsApp through the Finur platform. The cabinet that wrote to you is the controller of your data; its name and address are in the message you received. Finur (PROACTIVE SHIPPING S.R.L.) provides the platform and processes the data on the cabinet's behalf, as its processor.
1. Who the controller is
The controller is the cabinet named in the message. Send any request about your data to it.
2. Finur's role
Finur processes the data only on the cabinet's instruction and responsibility. A software agent proposes answers and documents, and the accountant checks and approves them; only a few fixed messages (the menu, a request for a missing detail, confirmations) go out automatically. No decision with legal effect rests on automated processing alone.
3. Data we process
your phone number; the name in your WhatsApp profile; the messages, files and documents you send and the cabinet's replies; the choices you make with buttons (the consent for messages, its date and the message in which you gave it).
4. Why, and on what basis
The data is processed to communicate with you about accounting documents and the obligations of the firm you represent. Messages the cabinet sends on its own initiative (follow-up of missing documents, a request for transport data, delivery of issued documents) go out only after you answered „Da, sunt de acord” to the cabinet's question. The legal basis of the other processing is set by the cabinet, which tells you on request.
5. Who receives the data
The cabinet and Finur's infrastructure providers (Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, hosting, processing), listed in the processing agreement published on the DPA page of finur.io.
6. Where the data comes from
The number and the profile name reach the cabinet from you when you write to it, or from the firm you represent. The rest is the data you send us.
7. How long we keep the data
The cabinet sets the period, under its legal obligations, and tells you on request. When the cabinet deletes, in Finur, the firm you wrote for, the messages sent for it are deleted at once, and the conversation is deleted if your number is no longer used for another firm of the cabinet.
8. Your rights
access to the data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability; withdrawal of consent at any time (write STOP, OPRIRE or DEZABONARE), without affecting earlier processing; a complaint to the competent supervisory authority. Exercise them with the cabinet.
9. The right to object
You may object at any time to the processing of your data for direct marketing, and the data will no longer be processed for it. The cabinet's messages do not promote products; if you no longer want messages the cabinet starts, write STOP, OPRIRE or DEZABONARE or tap „Opriți mesajele”. Replies to the messages you write continue.
